Ok, now you have EvoX up on your Xbox...
Now that you have done that, you need to set up the ftp
You need to scroll to the "SYSTEM UTILS" button and select it (with
the A button)
Now you see a screen like this (probably doesnt have the skins menu)
Pick settings, and then you see a bunch of stuff... looks like this
Now what you want to make sure of is that it has a line status... and the I.P.
isnt 0.0.0.0
If your I.P. says 0.0.0.0 or doesnt have anything, set "use static ip" to yes and scroll to the bottom and save and exit
Whatever I.P. it says... youre gona need to know... Ill use whats in the example
image shown here(may not be the same for your Evox)
Now we need to set up our Lan so it works with the Xbox...
Im not sure how to do it with a router, (reference your owners manual)
Open your Control Panel on your PC, and choose Network Settings
You should see something like this (if youve got Windwos XP)
Now click "Local Area Connection"
Click .. Properties/Internet Protocol(TCP/IP)/Properties
You will see the TCP/IP Properties...
Select "Use the following I.P. address
Set it to whatever the "DEFAULTGATEWAY" on the evox menu said
(in my case 192.168.0.1)... and set the Subnet Mask to 225.225.225.0
Click "Apply" and OK and save the changes
